Do you sell to individuals, or only to businesses?

Both. Our pricing and product lineup are built around business needs, but Jacksonville-area individuals and home offices are welcome to shop the same inventory, including refurbished desktops and laptops.

What's the difference between a refurbished and a new computer?

Our refurbished systems are off-lease or corporate return units that go through full diagnostic testing, data sanitization, hardware restoration, and a fresh OS install before sale. They typically cost 40-70% less than new and carry a 90-day to 1-year warranty, but come with a set configuration rather than build-to-order options. Can you build a custom workstation for CAD, video editing, or engineering software?

Yes - custom workstation builds are a core part of what we do. We spec CPU, GPU, memory, and storage around the specific software you're running, using Intel and authorized Dell/Lenovo components. Start on our desktops page.

Do you offer on-site network setup for Jacksonville businesses?

How long does a custom workstation build take?

Most custom builds are ready within 3-5 business days depending on component availability. In-stock refurbished and off-the-shelf systems are typically available the same day or next business day.

What brands do you carry?

We're an Intel Gold Channel Partner and authorized Dell and Lenovo reseller, and also carry CyberPower and APC power protection and Philips displays. Custom builds can incorporate other manufacturer components on request.

Do you offer bulk pricing for multiple computers?

Yes, bulk pricing is available on both new and refurbished systems for offices, schools, and nonprofits outfitting multiple workstations at once - contact us with your unit count for a quote.

Can you repair a computer I already own, or only sell new systems?

We primarily focus on sales, custom builds, and networking, but reach out with your issue - many hardware problems (memory, storage, power supply) can be diagnosed and resolved even on systems purchased elsewhere.

Where are you located, and do you ship outside Jacksonville?

We're at 3740 Kori Rd, Suite 5, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Local pickup and on-site service are available in the Jacksonville area; contact us to check shipping availability for other locations.

What happens to the data on my old computer if I trade it in or send it for refurbishment?

All drives are wiped using DoD-approved data sanitization methods before any resale or reuse, so previous data is completely unrecoverable.
